We ended the day with a Cinco de mayo celebration with the neighbors (yes, I realize it was the 6th). Oodles of good Mexican food - yum!

Torii Station
It was a gorgeous day on Sunday, the kind I've been missing all winter long, so we hit the beach. Torii Station (the Army base) seemed like a good choice since the water slide was open and it was close. The kids jumped right into the water and spent a couple of hours paddling around the ocean and going down the slide.
In the end they were blue and cold, but happy. I, on the other hand, was red and hot, but happy!
We ended the day with a Cinco de mayo celebration with the neighbors (yes, I realize it was the 6th). Oodles of good Mexican food - yum!
