Farewell to more neighbors

It was with a sad heart that we said good-bye this week to some more great neighbors.  John, Lisa, Rachel and Sam Van Dyke headed back to the US after three years in Okinawa.  They will be missed, but I know they are glad to get back to family!

We had a great going away soup-supper for them on Sunday night with all the neighbors.  We have some awesome cooks in our neighborhood and the food was "souper" yummy (I know, bad joke, but I couldn't resist) - butternut corn chowder, curried lentil soup, chili, potato soup, homemade rolls and foccacia, etc.
